The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) give you the right to see information held by us with some exceptions.

The FOIA covers access to official information held by us and the EIR provides access to environmental information.

As a general rule, you are entitled to request any information that is held in a permanent form, which includes all paper based and electronic information.
