4. Post Office and PayPoint

Post Offices

Payments can be made for Council Tax and Housing Rents using your Exeter City Council payment card at no extra charge.

Invoices and Council Tax Bills include a barcode which can be scanned in at the Post Office and paid at no extra charge to you.

Alternatively payments can be made using a paying-in slip provided at the Post Office for Council Tax, Rent or Invoices without a barcode.  The Post Office will make a charge for payments made this way.

PayPoint

Payments can be made free of charge at any outlet displaying the PayPoint logo.

Payments will be accepted for Council Tax and Housing Rents using your Exeter City Council payments card as well as payments of invoices and Council Tax bills with a barcode.

PayPoint transactions can only be made in cash.
