Tenant Satisfaction Measures

From April 2023 all social housing providers are required to collect data annually on a new set of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs).

These measures were developed as part of a new system by the Regulator of Social Housing to assess how well a social housing landlord is in providing quality homes and services.

There are 22 measures, 12 of which formed part of a survey we sent to a sample of our tenants during the 2023/24 financial year. The remaining 10 are technical measures which we already record such as information on gas servicing.

We used a consultant to undertake these surveys on our behalf and we are currently analysing the results.

TSM reports

The 2023-24 results will be published as soon as they are available.
