Under the Licensing Act 2003, we have a responsibility to publish all licence applications in progress.

Applications can be viewed at Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter, EX1 1RQ. Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00.

Application for a full variation to a  premises license

George Nightingale has applied to Exeter City Council for a full variation of the premises licence in respect of Quayside Distilling Ltd at 60A Haven Road, Exeter EX2 8DP.

The variation is for the following:

To include the use of the pontoon immediately outside the premises for the following licensable activities:

  • Supply of alcohol: Sunday to Monday 09:00 - 23:00

Application to review a premises licence under section 51 of the licensing act 2003

Notice is given that an application has been made to Exeter City Council, as the licensing authority, for the review of the premises licence in respect of Newham Stores, 12-13 South Street, Exeter, EX1 1DZ.

The grounds for the review are:

  • Incidents of disorder, violence and criminal damage to Kalendar Hall related to alcohol sales from the above premises.
