You will need to use this form to do the following for residential properties only:
- Re-name an existing building
- Add a name to a numbered property
Please note: If your property has an existing postal number, you cannot replace it with a name.

You'll also need a valid debit/credit card for payment of £176.
If there are no issues we will proceed with your application and will be in touch in around 10 working days.
