Garden waste subscription periods have been extended to cover the collections that have been missed – taking into account the ‘off-season’ from mid-December to late-January by extending garden waste bin hires due for renewal within this period until after the first scheduled collection of the new season.
In other words, if your renewal falls within the off-season, your garden waste bin hire will be extended into the new season; rather than simply within the off-season, when no collections take place – so you won’t miss out on a collection.
If your hire was extended previously, due to a temporary service suspension earlier in the summer, this latest extension will be in addition to that. We will not be extending the collection period into the off-season; we will be extending the hire period.
Please complete this form if you would like to renew your brown bin (garden waste) subscription for a further 12 months.
If you are signed up for garden bin collections you will receive notification, either by letter or email, to let you know that your annual renewal is due.
