Exeter Business Centre

Exeter Business Centre

Exeter Business Centre is located on Marsh Barton, one of the South West's largest industrial estates, and only 2½ miles from the city centre of Exeter.

The centre is a large commercial building which has been sub-divided internally to provide 60 units ranging from 80sq ft to 796sq ft (7 - 74sq m). No frills basic managed workspace suitable for start-up enterprise, small businesses, a regional hub or for temporary requirements.

Units are available on flexible easy in - easy out agreements with totally inclusive rents and cater for office, storage and light industrial users. All rents are inclusive of communal heating, lighting, water and car parking and much more. In some cases the units are furnished. Occupiers who require telephone lines and/or broadband may make their own arrangements with the relevant suppliers.

Ideal for start up business but we are equally pleased to assist established business who need extra space or national/international business looking for a local base.

New occupiers to the Centre will benefit from a one month rent free period.

We regret that we are not able to offer units to car repair garages.

The building is open Monday to Saturday from 7.30am to 8pm (closed Sundays and Public Bank Holidays). Units with 24 hour access can be accessed at anytime (including Sundays and Public Bank Holidays). Generally, units are subdivided by 2 metre high partitions within the main building and some units have non-load bearing roof structures. A small number of office units are located on the 1st floor.

If you wish to view the units at the Business Centre please telephone 01392 208207.
