Units and Layout
There are a variety of shapes and sizes of units at the Exeter Business Centre which can be adapted to your needs.
We have standard self-contained office space on the first floor, and on the ground floor some open-top pod style units.
We also have two large sections of adaptable workshop space which can be used just for storage or converted for whatever your business requires.
The site itself is about 1 acre in area and has car parking for approximately 46 vehicles on a first come first served basis. There are no allocated spaces and no parking charges.
