1. Overview

We provide a range of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) accredited food hygiene, health and safety and environmental related training courses which have achieved considerable success over recent years and are recognised across the South West as being to the highest standard.

We offer a full program of courses throughout the year with an expanding portfolio continually updated with changes in legislation and the needs of our customers.

All the courses use a variety of teaching techniques, including individual and team-based assignments, quizzes, videos and general discussions to reinforce issues. Successful candidates receive a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

For some of our course we are also able to provide examination papers in the candidates preferred language. We are constantly in contact with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for updates in this area.

An oral examination is also available on the level 2 and level 3 courses for those with reading or writing difficulties. Any special requirements must be stated at the time of booking.

We are also able to provide off-site courses at a convenient location. These can be arranged for a minimum of 15 candidates for level 2 courses and 5 candidates for level 3 courses. Please contact us for further information.

Due to availability of places on our courses payment will not guarantee a place on the course and an officer will be in contact to confirm all bookings.
