Why are we reviewing our Resident Involvement Strategy?

We believe that working with residents on issues to do with their homes and neighbourhoods should be a part of how we plan and deliver our services. It is important that we are doing the right things and using our resources in the best possible way.

Our last strategy the "Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement and Communication Strategy 2016 - 2020" is due to run out this year. We need to update it but we are also mindful that there have been changes in the housing landscape over the last four years.

The Government’s Housing Green Paper of 2018 stressed the importance of empowering communities and celebrating thriving neighbourhoods. We are committed to building great neighbourhoods.

We think we can improve how we inform, communicate with, and involve residents in what we do. This Strategy is how we intend to do that.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this Strategy and to reply. All your responses are welcomed and valued.

Please read the Strategy document and answer the questions that follow.
