May bank holiday bin collections

Domestic refuse and recycling collections due on Monday 25 May, will instead take place on Saturday 30 May. All other collections that week will remain as normal – find out when your bin is collected

9. Bins and recycling

Assisted waste collection policy

This policy applies to those householders where we provide an approved assisted waste collection service. This will be for rubbish, recycling or garden waste.

Garden collection service policy

This policy applies to our garden waste collection service. This is a chargeable service for registered customers. Any household within Exeter borders can apply for this service.

Rubbish container policy

Wheeled bins can be hired from us by residents. The property needs to be suitable for wheeled bin collections. This policy details our responsibilities and householders responsibilities about grey bins.
