Commercial Strategy - Commercial Strategy Appendix

This strategy sets out the City Council’s approach to ensure that commercial activity returns a level of income to cover the majority of running costs and to fill surplus capacity. The strategy also shows how commercial projects will be appropriately researched and planned, affording them the best opportunity to succeed and provide additional financial resources to the City Council.
