Service Unit:Housing Needs
2 Permanent Full Time Posts - 37 hours per week

Exeter City Council’s Housing Needs department provides a range of housing and homelessness related services principally in housing advice and assistance, homelessness prevention and relief, temporary accommodation, access to private rented housing, signposting and referral to supported accommodation and treatment services and managing access to Exeter’s social housing register.
In response to customer demand the department is expanding and seeking to recruit 2x Housing Casework Assistants.
Supporting the housing casework team, by managing the triage function dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone, providing excellent customer advice and sign posting customers to Housing Caseworkers.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals, and a can do approach with have excellent customer service skills.
Part time and job shares will be considered.
