Service Unit:Customer Access
Part Time - 30 hours per week (annualised)
Salary - Grade 5 - £19,134-£20,811 Pro Rata
Fixed Term contract until 19th June 2020
Providing security and assistance to staff and customers within the Customer Service Centre.
Experience of dealing with confrontational situations in a fast paced, customer focused environment is essential, as is experience of dealing with customers with complex needs.
You will be required to handle incidents in a calm and rational manner, whilst adopting the best course of action to ensure the safety of staff and customers. You need to have good observational skills and be able to keep accurate and appropriate incident records. You will also need to demonstrate good IT skills.
SIA Training will be provided for the right candidate.
You will work with the Operations Team Leader and 2 full time Security & Assistance Officers, and will be required to be flexible in your working patterns, in order to provide cover for late meetings and occasional unexpected absence.
