A small city that packs a big punch!
Exeter is one of the most vibrant, attractive and historically interesting cities in England, with one of the world’s top universities, a magnificent cathedral, imposing Roman Wall, premiership-winning rugby team and beautiful Quayside. However, its real focus is on economic growth right now, and it is forecast to be one of the UK’s fastest growing cities over the next three years, making it an exciting area and time to be here! Exeter is the beating heart of Devon and a City for all, in all sorts of ways.
With modern public sector ‘hub’ offices situated in the heart of the city centre (1-minute walk to St Sidwell’s Point bus and Coach station), Exeter is served by 3 train stations with main routes to:
Bristol – 59 mins, Plymouth – 56 mins, Taunton – 25 mins, Barnstaple – 72 mins, Tiverton – 37 mins.
It also has easy access to the M5 motorway to Bristol and Birmingham, and the A38 connecting to Plymouth and south east Cornwall.
