Systems Lead Housing Needs

This is an exciting time to join the council in this newly formed role to lead our housing needs and solutions teams. You will be accountable for shaping our service direction, and coordinating the City’s positive responses to housing needs and the Homeless Reduction Act, while forging new local solutions to meet a diverse range of housing needs including the challenge of rough sleeping. As a member of our senior management team you will inherit a committed and talented team and partnership who will thrive under your leadership to meet these challenges.
You will be someone with a track record in managing change, enthusiastically leading, and supporting teams under pressure, and developing creative and successful partnerships at both local and sub regional level. If you can drive service improvement towards excellent customer focused service delivery, and still keep your balance and sense of humour, we would love to hear from you.
