9. Performance Scrutiny Partnership (PSP)

The Performance Scrutiny Partnership (PSP) is a ‘critical friend’ to our Housing Service.

All social housing providers ask their tenants and leaseholders to shape and improve services, and to hold their landlords to account. Our PSP is a group of tenant and leaseholder volunteers who provide lively and valuable discussions in reviewing Housing performance and services, and providing us with feedback.

The PSP meets about once a month and examines our quarterly and annual performance summaries. They have also been involved in other projects including helping to develop five Key Pledges for the Housing Service, review of Exeter’s empty garages, review of anti-social behaviour in our properties, and updating the our Resident Involvement Strategy.

If you are interested in joining the PSP, please contact us on 01392 265815 residentinvolvement@exeter.gov.uk
