This is applicable to member's clubs and miner's welfare institutes and commercial clubs. You may wish to apply for a club machine permit if you only intend providing gaming machines but no other gaming facilities which are available under a club gaming permit. You may have 3 gaming machines of categories B3A, B4, C and D. Commercial clubs are not permitted to have category B3A machines on the premises. Any existing registration certificates under parts 2 and 3 of the Gaming Act 1968 will be able to operate until those certificates expire.
