8. How to complain about our leisure facilities
We are committed to doing everything we can to make our leisure centres safe, comfortable and enjoyable for our guests. However, we know that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan.
We really appreciate any feedback that can help us improve our leisure centres so please do get in touch if you have an issue that needs resolving.
