2. What we are doing to keep you safe

Update 5 January: Following the latest national lockdown, all of our leisure facilities are now temporarily closed until further notice. We hope to re-open them again as soon as we are able, subject to government guidance.

We want to make your visit as safe as possible. In order to do so, across our centres we have;

  • Installed hand sanitising units for you to use
  • Designed one way systems to encourage social distancing
  • Installed protective barrier screens to protect you and our staff where appropriate
  • Implemented an intensive cleaning schedule for all contact surfaces
  • Reduced class and gym capacity to encourage social distancing
  • Displayed NHS Track & Trace

How you can Help

  • Pre-book your gym, group exercise or swim session via our online booking system (you can book 7 days in advance)
  • Respect the social distancing rules in place around the centre and follow the directional signage guiding you around the one way system
  • Sanitise any equipment you may use
  • Bring your own water bottle and exercise matt
  • Arrive promptly at the start of your session. We are unable to extend your session if you are late and you may be refused entry. We may also ask you to wait outside if you are too early
  • If swimming, please come 'pool ready'. This means coming with your costume or trunks underneath your clothing. Please note that our changing rooms are currently closed
