Honeydew or sap causing a sticky mess on cars or property

Honeydew and sap is a seasonal problem. Honeydew is a mild sugary solution and is not thought to cause damage to paintwork of vehicles and it can usually be washed off with warm soapy water. We do not prune trees to prevent the fall of honeydew or sap.
