15. Request account access
This form is for existing Exeter Commercial Waste Services customers who do not have an online account with us:
- First you need to create your Exeter Self Service account on the next page. We will email you a link to conform your email address - you'll need to click on the link in the email to activate your account.
- Once you've activated your account, please fill in your Commercial Waste account number when prompted - you will find this number at the top of invoices or on your contract.
Once your details have been authenticated by our Commercial Waste team you will receive an email from us and you can start using your online services.
For larger businesses The person who sets up the account will become the account administrator and has access to all the account features. They can also give other members of their staff permission so they can also access and use online services. See Manage user access. There is only one administrator for your business
