Graffiti on your property

1. Graffiti removal programme

We can remove graffiti from Exeter properties

As part of our graffiti removal programme, we are currently removing graffiti reported on Exeter properties free of charge. The service is being offered, subject to your approval, as part of a community clear up project to tackle graffiti within the city head on.

Whilst it is extremely unlikely that any damage will be caused to your property in carrying out the graffiti removal, when you report the graffiti it is necessary that you give your consent for us to carry out the clean-up.

Your consent will be valid for a 12 month period, so you won't need to grant us permission to remove subsequent graffiti when it is reported.

Please be aware if graffiti appears on a painted surface, the solution may take some of the original paint away.

By agreeing to us to remove the graffiti from your property, subject to the Council exercising reasonable care in the performance of the removal service, you will not hold them responsible for any damage caused during or arising from the graffiti removal operation.
