4. What you need to provide

Your Home Call alarm can be plugged into any electric socket in your home. Wires must not trail across doorways or cause a risk of tripping.

All we need from you is one keyholder, a person at a different address who is local and will be in possession of keys on the day of the alarm installation. This can be a family member, a friend, neighbour, etc. They may be contacted in case of an alarm activation to attend. If you do not have a suitable key holder, you can use a key safe instead of a key holder and the emergency services will serve as your key holder to assist in an emergency.

If you have already had the ‘digital switchover’ with your phone or internet provider to change from an analogue supply to digital, we can easily plug our alarms into this, just please make sure we are aware this has been done when booking in an appointment.
