A new Digital Customer Service Strategy

This consultation is now closed.


The strategy sets out 10 key goals designed to make it easier for improve customers to get the information, advice and support from the Council, when they need it and in the way that works best for them. Improving things for our customers will help the Council to be more efficient and make the best use of our resources.

The strategy outlines an approach that is centred around the needs of customers and is informed by the way that digital technology has changed the way people live, connect and work.
