Salary: £20,903-£22,183 / Grade E (pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent, Pull-Time (22.2 hrs a week)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Estates Services team, assisting with the management of the Council’s extensive and varied portfolio of property assets.
Whether you are a recent RICS accredited graduate or a recently qualified Member of the RICS we would welcome applications from candidates who are well-organised and ready to work in our commercially focussed team of surveyors.
In this property management role you will deal with lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, valuations, acquisitions and disposals as well as general estate management and facilities management. This will give you broad professional experience as you advance your career in property.
You should have some relevant property experience since you will be given responsibility for your own casework and will be expected to demonstrate an ability to embrace that challenge. You will, however, be working closely with experienced colleagues who will assist you to develop your core skills and achieve your goals.
