About you

You will be a friendly and proactive person with exemplar customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers at reception within the leisure centres and will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that our customers are receiving outstanding service. Please see the attached Job Description for further details on the roles requirements.

About the role

To provide a friendly welcome to all members and visitors of our leisure centres. Dealing efficiently and politely with any enquiries from all members, visitors and staff and always ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care are being delivered.

Casual hours to cover sickness, holidays and peak times including evening and weekends. 

About the team

We are amidst an exciting period within Exeter Leisure. Riverside Leisure Centre has undergone a full refurbishment of its wet side facilities and our new flagship site St Sidwell’s Point, which is the UK’s first passivhaus leisure centre, has recently opened to the public.
