Our City Centre based Control Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing immediate telephone response to clients of our Home Call community alarm scheme and out-of-hours enquiries for other Council services.

In addition we proactively monitor the city centre public space CCTV network, working closely with the emergency services and local businesses.

Candidates should be able to display initiative, have an aptitude for problem solving and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a part-time post averaging 27.75 hours per week. The post holder will be expected to work a rotating pattern of 4 x 10.5 hour shifts, 4 x rest days, 4 x 5 hour shifts and 4 x rest days.
