About you

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, committed, proactive individual who is willing to go the extra mile in the role of Fitness Instructor in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within Exeter Leisure.

The successful candidate will be passionate about fitness and helping others to reach their goals. They will be responsible for ensuring our members receive exemplary customer service, through writing exciting and innovative gym programmes, delivering gym based classes, performing health MOTs, maintaining the gym equipment, keeping the gym clean and tidy and driving customer engagement through the roof. A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is essential.

About the team

We are entering into an exciting period within Exeter Leisure. Riverside Leisure Centre has recently reopened following a full refurbishment of its wet side facilities, closely followed by the new flagship site St Sidwell’s Point, the UK’s first passivhaus leisure centre, set to open over the coming months. Riverside and St Sidwell’s Point complement our existing thriving centres; Wonford Sports Centre, Isca Bowls Centre, Northbrook Swimming pool and Exeter Arena.
