About you
Are you passionate about group exercise? Are you a motivated ‘people person’ with the skills to engage with a group of people?
It is essential that you hold an Exercise to Music qualification (or equivalent) within the Group Exercise field of work.
About the role
Our Group Exercise Instructors help ensure the safety and enjoyment of class participants whilst delivering classes of high standard. They promote excellent customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communication and selling skills.
Our instructors are a key role in delivering a positive experience for our members and we are looking for various types of class instructors with a focus on Zumba, Dance Fitness, Aquafit and Indoor Cycling.
We offer many Les Mills classes across our sites; if you are certified in any of the following programmes we’d love to hear from you! BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, Les Mills GRIT and RPM.
About the team
Exeter Leisure's instructors provide over 100 classes a week across 3 of our centres; including our brand new Passivhaus leisure centre, St. Sidwells Point, in the heart of the City. We are excited to welcome new instructors to our team to help us grow our program.
