We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for customer service to join the Visitor Services team in welcoming our visitors, supporting all our events and activities and assisting with the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the Museum Services and Buildings. Maintaining the security of the collections and displays is also a critical part of the Museum Assistant’s role, which includes regular evening and weekend working on a 9-week rota pattern.

Please note the post carries the requirement to be a key holder for RAMM and undertake on-call response for one week in every nine, using an ECC vehicle. Key holders must live within a 20 minute response zone and have a full clean driving licence. Only applicants who can meet these requirements will be considered for the role.
