About you

You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to make each and every one of our clients feel comfortable and special. You will be able to deliver beauty treatments such as waxing and facials, as well as wellness therapies and massage.

It is essential that you hold a GCMT qualification or equivalent and a minimum of Level 2 CPD Accredited Beauty Therapy, as well as having experience of reception, stock control and handling payments. This position will involve evening and weekend work, including public holidays.

We currently have multiple vacancies being offered at full-time (37 hours per week), however, part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.

About the role

A great opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of a small team of self-motivated, engaging and caring individuals who have a passion and enthusiasm for providing an outstanding level of service to help shape the new Spa offering at our new flagship leisure hub St Sidwell’s Point - multiple posts available.

The brand new Spa at St Sidwells Point will include four treatment rooms and thermal facilities.

A dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist will deliver massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on members/visitors needs and preferences. Responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming spa members and visitors, informing members/visitors of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customising treatments and therapies to suit members’ needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

About the team
