2. Additional funding

In addition, to ECO funding a Warm Up Grant is a grant of £2,000 available. This is to provide top up funding for energy efficiency measures that have been part funded by ECO funding. All fundung will be inline with our published Statement of Intent.

Warm Up Grants can only be obtained through a local installer. Thry will assist applicants with the paperwork and submit the relevant information for our approval.

The Warm Up Grant is also available to fund energy efficiency measures which do not meet ECO criteria. For example; insulation to mobile homes and the installation of central heating for the first time.

Lendology Home Improvement Loans offer financial help to undertake essential repairs to your home. For example; installation of heating, improving the energy efficiency of your home or to fund disabled adaptations.

Healthy Homes Grants are flexible grants. They can be used to provide urgent or essential repairs required to ensure the health, safety and welfare of an occupier. To qualify the applicant must have had their Lendology CIC loan application declined.

Our Financial Assistance Policy contains further details on eligibility and conditions for both the Warm Up Grants and the Healthy Homes Grants.

Find energy grants and ways to improve your energy efficiency is an online questionnaire to help you make your home more energy efficient. It explains what savings you can make and what grants are available.

Help may be available to assist you with the cost of:

  • loft and cavity wall insulation
  • repairs to broken boilers
  • the installation of gas central heating systems

In some cases the cost of these measures may be fully covered.
