Exeter City Council will help support you in setting up and running your residents’ association in any way we can. For example, we can:

• Help you with funding

• Help you set up your first meeting

• Help cover the costs of the venue for your first meeting

• Attend meetings

• Provide sample surveys and marketing material and arrange for them to be printed and posted

• Provide information about forming your constitution, including a model example

• Provide a model Code of Conduct

• Provide you a model diversity and inclusion statement
