16. Exeter Sub Region Housing Study (2004)
Colin Buchanan and Partners in association with Wardell Armstrong, were commissioned by ourselves and East Devon District Councils to undertake a review of housing proposals for the Exeter Sub-Region, set out in the Deposit Draft Devon Structure Plan 2001-2016, July 2002 (DDSP), the Pre-Examination in Public Changes, January 2003 and the Panel Report of the Examination in Public (October 2003).
The purpose of the study is to examine and assess the options available to accommodate the Structure Plan housing allocation for the Exeter sub region in the most sustainable manner. The study informs the Exeter City and East Devon District Local Plans and Local Development Frameworks.
