2. Authority's monitoring report

The aim of our monitoring report is to provide information about progress against the timetable set out in the Local Development Scheme, identify where planning policies are not being implemented and show progress on neighbourhood planning, CIL and the duty to co-operate.

The Localism Act 2011 changed the requirement for Local Planning Authorities to produce an annual report. Following the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and the removal of the Local Development Framework Monitoring Indicators, the format of  our previously published AMRs has changed. The data now presented focuses on key information regarding progress against the Local Development Scheme, implementing policies, housing completions, neighbourhood planning, community infrastructure levy and duty to cooperate.
