2. Finding somewhere to live

Finding a home through a letting agency is the most common way to find a house, flat or room to rent. However, landlords also advertise property on a number of websites, in local newspapers and notice boards.

Letting Agents

Letting agents are private businesses used by landlords to find tenants and sometimes collect the rent and manage repairs and maintenance of the property. See this list of local letting agents who have trained with us to get a goo practical grounding in the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
