The Customer Service Centre reception point at the Civic Centre in Paris Street is now open.

Please note, there is no drop in service to speak to an advisor face to face, except for emergency housing enquiries.

Most enquiries can be resolved by contacting us online or by phone.

Where this is not possible we can assist you with accessing services and may be able to arrange a face to face appointment if this is necessary.

Self-service computers and phones are available in the Centre.
