Public path diversion order

Exeter City Council Footpaths FP55 (The Paddocks Harts Lane Exeter) Diversion Order 2013

This order is made by Exeter City Council under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 because it is satisfied that it is necessary to divert the footpath to which this order relates in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, namely development of up to dwellings and associated facilities on land to North West of The Paddocks, Harts Lane , Exeter, EX1.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

THE EXETER CITY COUNCIL FOOTPATH FP55 (NORTHERN PARCEL HARTS MEADOW, MONKERTON, EXETER) DIVERSION ORDER 2019

 

The above order was made on 14th of January 2019. The effect of the order will be to divert a section of footpath FP55 (which runs in a north-westerly direction from Cumberland Way to Pinhoe Road B3181) and to replace the diverted section with a new path, as shown on the order map, to enable a housing development, for which planning permission has been granted.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Customer Services Centre, Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of 75p.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Mrs D Hudson, Legal Services, Exeter City Council, Paris Street, Exeter, EX1 1JN (reference DH/13513) not later than Thursday 28th February 2019.

Please state the grounds on which any objection is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if all those made are withdrawn, Exeter City Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. Otherwise the order will be sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation, and any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
