16. Canal basin masterplan
The Canal Basin Masterplan was adopted in July 2004. The Masterplan provides detailed guidance to those involved in planning and designing any new development at the site. The Masterplan is Supplementary Planning Document and therefore a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. Its contents will need to be taken into consideration from the earliest stages of the development process.
