Report a damaged garden waste bin

7 October 2021: Due to problems with the supply of brown garden bins to us, we are expecting a delay of 6 to 8 weeks before we can deliver your new or replacement bin. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Use this form to report a damaged garden waste bin.

After completing this form we will inspect your brown bin and either repair or replace it.

We will inspect your brown bin(s) within 10 working days. We normally do inspections in your area on your scheduled garden waste collection day.

Please leave your empty damaged bin at your normal collection point.
