There are 60 Units in the building which all vary in shape and size ranging from 80sq ft to 796sq ft (7 - 74sq m). Some offices and others workshops which can be adapted to suit many and varying needs. The only sector we do not cater for is the motor trade.

Many of the Units are basic concrete floor and painted block walls with an open top which can be adapted to suit your needs.

We offer an 'easy in easy out 'licence just requiring 28 days’ notice when you want to leave.

The rent is all inclusive. The only extra is your own Telephone/Broadband package which you arrange directly with the supplier. All Units have telephone points.

There is no allocated parking in the Car Park which is free.

There is a loading bay which can cater for bulky items and deliveries.

The Building is open from 7.30am to 8.00pm seven days a week except Bank Holidays.

Units with 24 hour access can be accessed at anytime (including Sundays and Public Bank Holidays).

New occupiers to the Centre will benefit from a one month rent free period.

Ideal for start up business but we are equally pleased to assist established business who need extra space or national/international business looking for a local base.
