2. Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions for car park season tickets

A season ticket does not provide an individual parking space, nor guarantee a parking space to the holder.

Parking permits MUST be displayed in the front windscreen when parked so that all the printed details can be clearly seen and read by a Civil Enforcement Officer or Police Officer. Failure to clearly display a valid permit will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being served.

The issue of the season ticket is an acknowledgement by you that you will comply with the conditions detailed in the Parking Places Orders made in respect of the Parking Places

Use of our car parks is at your own risk and that the Council accepts no liability for any loss of or damage or injury to any person, vehicle or contents.

Users are advised to remove valuables from vehicles which should be left locked and secure.
