2. Make a noise complaint
Please use this form if you are making a complaint about one of the following:
- neighbour noise
- barking dogs
- outdoor event noise
- commercial property noise
- building work

You will need to provide us with your name, address and contact details.
We will also need to know:
- type, frequency and duration of the noise
- name and address of the person/premises causing the noise
Our officers will log the details of the complaint. Letters and log sheets will be sent to the complainant, and a letter will be sent to the alleged offender.
