Booking an installation

Please call our team, and we will spend 5 to 10 minutes going through a Homecall referral with you.

We will take some basic information from you and send out two forms in the post to be completed and retained until your appointment.

If applicable, we will also send you an application form for the better care fund, which you will also return to us.

We will book in the appointment for the next available date on our calendar to install our equipment at your property.

The installation appointment should last no more than 30 minutes, and our Homecall engineer will make sure you are comfortable and confident in use of the alarm and pendant.
