All calls made to the monitoring centre either by telephone or by using your alarm unit, are recorded for your protection and for training and monitoring purposes.

All of our staff have been vetted by the police and work in accordance with the Councils Code of Conduct.

We will only use your information for the provision of the service agreed in the Service Agreement. Your information will be held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations.
