What does it cost?

The monthly, or one-off costs for our service are as follows:

There are no upfront costs, set up or installation fees.

Our service comes with a 21-day cooling off period whereupon you can change your mind about having our alarm, and we will come and collect our equipment at no additional cost.

After the initial cooling down period, there is a minimum six-month contract period. After the six months, you will revert to a rolling one-month contract, which you can cease at any time by providing us with notice to leave.

Our preferred payment method is monthly direct debit. However, if this is impossible, the first invoice you receive and all following invoices in the post will have all the methods of payment Homecall accepts outlined on the back.

If you are receipt of relevant benefits* you may be eligible for the first year of the alarm service free, by claiming assistance from the Better Care Fund. Please make this known to our team when you contact us.

*To qualify you must be in receipt of Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Pip (with daily living component), Housing Benefit, Guarantee Pension Credit, Income Support, Council Tax Benefit (not single person discount) or Universal Credit.
