What service and equipment do we provide?

Standard equipment

Alarm and pendant

When you join our service, we will provide an alarm unit and a pendant.

The pendant we provide has an approximate range of 50m, and is waterproof. If you would like an additional pendant, this is available at an extra one-off charge.

The alarm unit we provide is a Lifeline Digital alarm which utilises its own internal sim, meaning it doesn't need to be connected to your phone.

The Alarm unit is linked to the pendant we provide for you to wear. When you press the button on the pendant it will send a message to the Alarm unit that will connect you to our 24/7 monitoring centre.

Our operators will be able to assess your situation and get you the help you need when you need it.

If we can’t hear you, or you can’t hear us, don’t worry. Once the pendant is pressed, we will make contact with you or contact keyholders or emergency services to help you.

Our alarm system works independently of the telephone or Wi-Fi network in your home. This means you don't need to be concerned if you have already undergone the digital transition with your phone provider.

Our alarms also have a backup battery of 48 hours, so will continue to work even if you have a power cut at home.

Optional extras

Sound boost

If you have a larger property, we are able to provide a sound boost that will act as an extension of the alarm. It can be used to communicate with you, for example, upstairs even if the alarm is downstairs. These are available at an extra monthly cost.

Accredited key safes

We can also provide police accredited key safes for your personal use. We will provide and install this at a suitable location at the property. The key safe code can be passed to those needing to gain entry.

Our engineer is able to supply and fit our key safes for a one off charge.
