What we need from you

All we need from you to install our equipment is one modern, 3-pin, electricity plug socket. Our alarm unit can be located anywhere around your home that is the most suitable to you.

We ask that you also nominate at least one 'keyholder' or have a key safe. A keyholder is someone who is local and has keys to your property, who can access and provide aid in case of a non-emergency alarm activation.

The more contacts and keyholders you have the better, as it allows us more opportunity to get you the help you need.

We also recognise Authorised Representatives; these are contacts that have the powers to take and receive information about your Homecall account and can be contacted in regards to appointments or financial matters. If you would be interested in this role, either for yourself or one the behalf of a loved one, please inform us when you contact us.
