We have listed below the key strategies and plans that we will be working on, with our partners, to ensure the future success of the city and Greater Exeter.

As an ambitious council in a successful city we cannot afford to stand still. We fulfil a number of roles to ensure that the city continues to flourish:

• As leaders of the council we deliver the day-to-day services that our residents and communities depend on.

• As leaders of the place we have responsibility and democratic accountability for the success and prosperity of the city. We work with our partners and other stakeholders to help set the strategic direction for the city and deliver plans that bring positive change for all those living, working, studying in and visiting the city.
